1. Promoter. The promoter is Hydraulic Seals Australia (HSA).
2. Promotion period. The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST on 8 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 July 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility. The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who place eligible online orders through the HSA website during the Promotion Period. Employees of HSA and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter. To receive one (1) entry, a customer must place a single online order of A$100.00 or more (excluding GST) through the HSA website during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying order constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of entries a customer may accumulate.
5. Bonus entries for first-time online customers. A customer who has never previously placed an order through the HSA website and who places their first eligible online order (A$100.00 or more ex GST) during the Promotion Period will receive five (5) entries in place of one (1) entry for that first order. Subsequent qualifying orders by the same customer will receive one (1) entry each. A customer may only receive the first-time customer bonus once.
6. Entry conditions. Entries are only valid for completed online orders placed via the HSA website. Phone, email, and in-person orders are not eligible. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or reversed prior to the draw date will have their associated entries removed.
7. The prize. One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of: one (1) Weber Family Q+ Premium (Q3200N+) LPG Gas Barbecue, including fixed premium cart, delivery, and assembly within Australia, valued at approximately A$1,019.00. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer. HSA reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should the specified prize become unavailable.
8. Draw. The winner will be selected by random draw using an online winner-selection tool on 3 August 2026 at 10:00am AEST at 11/151-159 Princes Hwy, Hallam, VIC 3803. The draw is conducted by an independent person or representative of HSA. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner.
9. Winner notification. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, HSA reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.
10. Publication of winner. The winner's name may be published on the HSA website and/or social media pages. By entering, participants consent to their name being published if they win.
11. Privacy. Personal information collected during this promotion will be used by HSA solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will be handled in accordance with HSA's Privacy Policy.
12. General. HSA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control arise. Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of all states and territories of Australia.
