At HSA we are dedicated to understanding our customer needs, offering the best possible solutions through superior service and exceptional products. For this reason, we offer customers ‘out of branch operating hours’ support and/or service when branches are closed on an ad hoc basis. Please take time to review the procedure and fees related to emergency call outs.
Procedure:
- Contact your local HSA representative and provide as much job detail as possible.
- Customers must bring the following with them to the branch:
- ALL housings (clean and able to be measured) – if large bring in back of ute to access and be able to measure.
- ALL samples - old seals (clean and able to be measured)
Fees:

$250 each time branch is required to be opened. (on top of cost of goods)
- If a machinist is also required to attend branch, an additional $500 fee is required to be paid. This covers up to 4 hours, then an additional $200 per hour thereafter.
